The focus of CREOpoint is on quality rather than quantity, and we maintain strict standards in accepting new members and their professional profiles. We soft launched in September 2008, and since the beginning of 2009 have grown 60%. Over 1,500 members (average age = 43) from over 30 countries have joined the community. They are now inviting other quality professionals involved in commercial brokerage, advisory, financing, development, design, construction, insurance, ownership, media, property management, tenancy, valuation or investment. CREOPoint was founded in 2008 by a team of seasoned executives with a strong reputation and we want to remain an exclusive community where members get unique value and don’t waste their valuable time. No spam here! Anyway, who wants to be barraged with requests from vendors, job seekers or people who want to be our friend, but in reality try to send us to a site that would be a waste of time?!
